Fee and Payment
Sliding scale and student rates available.
Fees - Rates are $100.00 per individual, 60 minute session and $130.00 for family and 80 minute sessions. Fees and Payment will be collected at the time of service. All fees include GST where applicable. (Sliding Scaling available $90 -$110)
Insurance - Please consult with your human resources department or your insurance company to determine whether your employee extended benefit plan covers therapy provided by Registered Therapeutic Counsellors (RTC) registered with the Association of Cooperative Therapeutic Counsellors of Canada (ACCT).
Payment - Payment will be made, at time of service, by either cash, internet email transfer or cheque. Receipts are issued at time of service and are in the name of those for which service is provided. NSF cheques will be charged a $25.00 fee.
Written Reports & Letters - The writing of reports and letters is charged on a per hour basis.
Cancellations - If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please contact your counsellor at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged the full price for the session. The provider may also terminate counselling in the event the client has missed 3 appointments without calling to cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
